Sasuke has never had 8.5 bijuu chacras....he had only some bijuu chacra form 8.5 bijuu. After his bijuu Sussano was destroyed, Sasuke wanted to steal bijuu chacra again but he didn't have the force to restart it...

Then in the futur Sasuke would no need bijuu chacra, because he would be able to use preta path (steal and attack in the same time) and other rinnegan jutsu more effectively.

Edit : And if Sasuke fan wanted really to mock Naruto's fan...we can simply say Naruto is never alone, and Sasuke was fighting both Naruto and Kurama while using 9 Chibaku tensei to restric the other bijuu.

Sasuke's eyes former owner don't matter anymore, Sasuke don't need a dead man permission to use his sharingan, but Naruto still need Kurama's permission to borrow his power.
