It has been explicitly stated that when Sasuke assimilated Bijuu Chakra into his Susano'o, he reaches Hagoromo's level.

By now, he must have mastered his Rinnegan or at least come close to it. Therefore I believe he is still on Hagoromo's level.

Kurama also foreshadowed Sasuke being able to utilize Preta Path whilst using jutsu. Anyhow, Plot no Jutsu most likely interfered.

Yeah, that doesn't mean that had he mastered his eye before the VoTE fight, he'd be any stronger, cause there is no reason to believe it'd be better than his Susanoo. He could already use the Six Path Techniques, he already said he was used to his eye, yet he still used Susanoo.

It does not matter whether he possesses one Rinnegan or not. His Rinnegan is stronger than two Rinnegan already in terms of potential. By now, I presume that he has mastered it. Read my thread for an explanation.

I find it hard to believe that people slight Petra Path and the decisive battle win it would have earned Sasuke right from the start. It's hilarious. Even without the Bijuu, Sasuke would have won, had he used Petra Path from the start, or used BT on Naruto. He somehow, didn't. Or CT or Genjutsu. The list is a long one that would have culminated in a different ending. Not to mention him not bothering to check up on the Clone he smashed down that kept on absorbing Energy. It was so ridiculous that I couldn't believe it.
