Is Sasuke and Naruto's Seals partly Banbutsu Sozo(COAT).

From my perspective, why the hell not?

Hagoromo is said to use Banbutsu Sozo to visualize and create form using Yin, and breath life into it using Yang

Naruto uses his Yang seal to restore life to both Guy and Obito, and even restore Kakashi's eye. Naruto is Jesus. So his power resembles a part of Banbutsu Sozo....

If that's the case is Sasuke able to create form from nothing? If he could he is OP.

yes. basically naruto didnt create new eye for kakashi. if he did, he would require yin power to make the shape. he just breaths life (from yang power) to kakashi cell or something (remember naruto said he was like taking something of kakashi and then use it) until if fully shaped a normal eye again. its the same concept as baika no jutsu. basically chouji just uses yang release to extend his body part.

so sasuke has the yin power that also can create form (the ability of yin release from hago's power) and naruto has yang power that also can breath life (the ability of yang release from hago's power)

which means naruto can't use Banbutsu Sozo. but together with sasuke, yes he can. because Banbutsu Sozo (creation of all things) require yin and yang power.

The Sage created the bijuu chakra from Juubi chakra.

He took portions of the Juubi's chakra, used yin to give it form and then used yang to breathe life into that form giving it physical structure, but u can't just say the r pieces of the Juubi
