After all Black Zetsu told them today, the really expect to seal Kaguya once again. Eventually when Naruto and Sasuke die the next generation will have the same problem and sooner or later Kaguya is back, there only option is to get rid of her once and for all.

Or it's probably too hard or impossible to kill her shes probably immortal or the brothers sealed her because it was their mother and they didn't want to kill her.
