Is sasuke actually evil or just misunderstood?

Sasake wants to reform to shinobi system. That seems good but he wants to use violence for it and it seems that naruto is opposing him. Thus the question remain:

Is sasuke the actual final villian/villain? Or is he just misunderstood? will he manage to settle a compromise with naruto? Or will naruto kill/talk no jutsu him?

Agreed. He now has a higher goal than symbol revenge, but he still taking extreme measures to accomplish it and trusts no one but himself to be able to do it.

Sasuke isn't evil, he's just so into himself and devoid of reality. He wants to purify the world with fire and thinks that he has the authority to do so.
He has no clue that the 5 Kages have completely changed their ways and that his goal of "revolution" has already been completed without him all thanks to Naruto (and Hashirama's memories).

In all honesty, despite what Sasuke says is his goal, if he has any kind of clue at all, he realizes that every single soul, living and dead, wants Naruto to be the Hokage and follow his example so he's just going to kill off Naruto and anyone who is like him so he can rule undisputed with his own vision.

imo he is, as he is threatening the lives of many who can't defend themselves and he is forcing his new found ideals onto people and hes laying false accusations on the current kages to justify killing them

If Sasuke was misunderstood, so were Madara, Obito and Pain.

Sasuke has become an anti villian just like nagato. Using bad means to accomplish something he feels is noble. This is just going to be a rehashing of nagato v naruto...but more powered up.
