Is Sasori REALLY underrated?

Now I'm not here to bash Sasori or anything, so calm down fan boys! I'm just here to find out if he's actually as underrated as many people on the forum claim he is. From what I've witnessed, he appears to get a lot of praise. I'm confused. So I decided to start a poll in order to get an accurate picture of how most people here feel about him. Are there really enough people that talk trash about him and undermine his abilities that he would be considered underrated? Or are his fan boys just overreacting?

He is insanely underrated yes.


He was defeated by his worst enemy match up...the one lady who knew his every move (and can also move the other person to dodge every attack), and the one lady to cure his poison (which he didn't have time to change because they sealed Shukaku).


And despite the above, they still used all three of the antidotes.



Honestly Sasori is a one hit one kill kinda guy, and only used one of his army of human puppets.

To most shinobi, Sasori's poison means a slow, painful death. We cannot rate Sasori so low just because two lower-level shinobi were able to defeat him. As someone else already said, those two were his worst matchup, because they are a professional, genius medical kunoichi and world-renowned puppet mistress.

To most shinobi, they wouldn't even get past the shell.

He is mid - high kage level. He is vastly underrated to where people think Sakura solos him. Even if she had 100 antidotes she would die.

Well we all know at the end he let them win.

Chiyo," implied that Sasori could have avoided her last attack, but for some reason he chose not to."

He is never underestimated that is why is
1.Obito now
2. Pain
3. Itachi
4. Kisame
5. Sasori the fifth best and fourth best without Obito being on the list.

Also the last puppet body if he would have chosen to avoid Chiyo last attack he could have used the remaining 100 puppets that conquer a nation.

Remember all chiyo puppets were destroyed. Sakura was stab in the abdomen and he still had puppets left over it would have been GG.

Even if she had 100 antidotes she would die.

(100*5)/60 = 8 hours and 33 minutes. I think at that point in time two things would happen:

1. Sakura succumbs to too many physical injuries and dies, or runs out of chakra
2. Sakura experiences enough combat to learn Sasori's combat style and counters against it, defeating him.

This is assuming Sakura gets past the puppet of the Kazekage. If she does, the 100 normal puppets are no problem for her. The problem is trying to defeat the puppet that can control iron sand. She did succeed, but only with the help of Chiyo at this stage.
