Impossible, unless she is magically given his chakra or chakra equal to his but I’d say she can get just as strong as EMS Sasuke.

Sarada will be stronger than ems sasuke...Sasuke had no time to mature his ems like madara did due to him gettin rinnegan the same day..sarada will have time to train with her ms
