Samael killed the Egyptians, which was after Lucifer fell if I'm not mistaken. give me proof

Obviously it depends on the realm of mythology your using. If your going by the bible they're is no samael only satan but if your talking about the darksiders game franchise then samael is a demon/possibly fallen angel that was once close in power to satan but never superior or equal.

According to the zoar, they're different I believe, in Jewish Kabbalah. I haven't read the zoar, so I wouldn't know, but I believe there are different demons and Samael is different, because Judaism believes in Satan not as some living form, but as evil intent that just exists. I don't know how it is in other religions.
