Nope CC is all baout controlling chakra which requires understanding of its properties. Besides, of we speak about knowledge then naruto has universal understanding, meaning he knows everything about the universe that the sage knew. This was hinted during kakashi's eye healing.

Nope. The bijuu gave him their elemental chakra, naruto basically turned it into a justu and contained it in his own body as he molded it with every single part of his body to release steam. If you really knew, the bijuu cannot perform any type of justu without naruto being the host of it, well unless if we speak about kurama avatar which can gather natrual energy.

Sakura remotely healing countless people by controlling Katsuya and using her body as foot-holds is the pinnacle of CC.

Sage mode allows him this knowledge and control and any technique is useless or cannot even be formed without these two steps 1) knowledge on the mechanics, and 2) control on chakra. Case closed. This is nothing but weak damage control.
