Is Sakura the only one Naruto uses honorifics for?

He calls Sasuke, "Sasuke" and Hinata, "Hinata". But Sakura gets an "Sakura-chan". Pretty sure she's close enough to drop the "chan".

Now that I think about it, he did call his dad, "Yondaime" and Kakashi, "Sensei" or "Kakashi-Sensei"​

Yondaime is a title, yes. But it's still showing respect. The other kages he know he talks to them as if they aren't

japanese tradition is different than other tradition. *-Sama* is the more honorific than *-Chan*
