Is Sakura that useless???

The majority of people who read Naruto say that she's useless and a burden but she is more powerful than most of the ninjas in the war. She's saved lives during the war for basically nothing because of IT but she tried. she has been the most important/useful kunoichi during the war.So is she as useless as people make her out to be??
