Except ch. 700 makes it seems like Naruto only recently became Hokage, they mention Kakashi stepping down which shouldn't be an issue if Naruto was Hokage for years or even months; Kiba and Kakashi bring it up which makes it seem recent. Shino released the class early for a special reason, no reason to do that for a Gokage meeting which are private, it has to be to celebrate Naruto officially becoming Hokage since that's what the chapter lead us to believe. So Sasuke was around when Salada was around the age she currently is but never went to meet her.

The flashback took place at some point between ch. 700 and 701, after Naruto became Hokage which means Salada was around the age she is now and Sasuke never went to go see her. In ch. they emphasize that day as being special with Shino releasing his class early and with Konohamaru mentioning that it's a special day
