While tsunade needs a seal on the floor to heal a mass amount of people individually through katsuyu , sakura can easily split her chakra and send it to katsuyu.
( Don't bring up tsunade healing with sakura. Katsuyu was in one huge puddle for a foothold. She wasn't split into numerous clones for them to send chakra to the clones indivually.)

Medical ninjas need to be able to refine their chakra to perfection for their medical ninjustu to be effective. The more perfected your chakra control is the more effective your medical ninjustu will be. And seeing how sakura chakra control is above tsunade's her medical ninjustu will be more effective than hers.

Sakura was able to perform a highly complex medical procedure on naruto with barley any chakra left. (Her chakra control allowed her to be able to do this. Not waisting any chakra)
Sakura and kabuto can heal without seals using medical ninjustu not regeneration while tsunade can't.

People might bring up tsunade's experience. Experience is valuable but not having much experience and having an iq such as sakura & shikamaru you can substitute it.

She was assigned with shikamaru to discode jiriya message. If shikamaru is a genius and tsunade asigned sakura to help him she is in his league in intelligence or less. Anyways sakura may lack experience but she is very smart and can come up with something fast for something she never encountered.

Someone is going to bring up the tsunade saved shikamaru argument. First off the reason why sakura couldn't save shikamaru was because all his chakra was drained from him and he needed a lot of chakra in him to survive. The problem is sakura was able to save him.

She could send him the chakra he needed through katsuyu as a medium but her parts died. Sakura couldn't transfer the amount of chakra he needed at once. She coukd with katsuyu but with her own chakra transfer it's not strong enough. And when he got the kuyubi chakra (which is powerfull) he started to regain consciousness.

( think about tsunade and karin. When tsunade was old and wrinkled up she received chakra from karin and her youthful look came back. Same thing can be said about shikamaru.) don't think sakura didn't do anything, without her he would be dead, she was keeping him alive and naruto saved him by providing the necessary chakra

Tsunade is constantly using chakra from her byakugou which is constant unnecessary chakra control waste to keep up her image. Which means she won't have 100% power over her byakugou while sakura doesn't have to.
Sakura mastered tsunade moves further than what she accomplished.
Use the byakugo without any hand seals
Perfect remote healing doesn't need a seal on the ground to spilt her chakra and send it to hundreds of katsuyu clones

Sakura is nowhere near Tsunade's calibre. Whether its Taijutsu , Ninjutsu , Healing or Just Charisma to be a leader. She's also not that good at decision-making and usually panics and Wants Naruto or someone else for Assistance.
In the current Battle between Naruto and Sasuke vs kaguya - she is nothing but an achelles heel that Kaguya might exploit if situation comes to it. Fact is she's not Kage material - just a hindrance.

I said it again, experience. All this time, she's mostly doing her job as a medic and training/learning medical stuffs.
She lacked battle experience and that's bad. Experience is very essential. Battle is not just about strength, it's about outsmarting the opponent with tricks.

Hmm. Among the members of Team 7, Sakura might be the best choice for Hokage. Naruto isn't clever enough, Sasuke is a wee bit psychopathic, Kakashi just doesn't seem up for it.
Sakura is definitely intelligent, no doubt about it. She is also a hard worker. That is another plus. She has excellent medic skills after Tsunade and has the perseverance. What she lacks is field experience. She has gotten considerable amount of it in war, but Naruto and her are not as experienced as Sasuke in this regard.
Anyhow, I do think she is low Kage. Anyone who suggests otherwise is just a hater.
