She has Kage lvl strength and techs but her refinement and battle skills are terrible.

She can never land a hit unless the opponent is immobilized or distracted. I also don't think she a real counter for projectiles and long range jutsus except for running at them lol.

Why are we looking at the previous 5 kage to say she can beat? Currently theres a new 5 kage and im pretty sure she destroys all but MAYBE darui and naruto definitely stomps.

She's high enough of importance to be included in meeting with the 5 kage and sasuke to make critical decisions so meh.
