Besides that he have been accepted back to Team 7.

So Do you think Sai is sacked?

If he is sacked maybe he could take over Anbu as a leader after Danzou,or?

Lastly " Why is Kishimoto not showing Sai on the battlefield"?

Sai and yamato going to complete the sun eye project but seriously im pretty sure he is fired and i think he knows he was just a temporary. Kishi is not showing him cuz he is hoping we forget. Plus sai was watching for this bond to bring sasuke back, but its clearly not his bond with naruto that caused sasuke to come back so its a major plot fail in that regards. lol
