sennin mode uses natural energy (aka the power of nature) to sense stuff, so i'm pretty sure it works on natural attacks just as well as attacks made of chakra.

sasuke is manipulating it with chakra meaning chakra was added to it. not o mention all the fire style's thrown up into the air

Kirin is fast as lighting and Sage Mode only improved Naruto's sensing abilities and his physical strength i don't think he can dodge that

He can dodge it. the moment Kirin is being utilised in Sasuke's hand he can make preparations for dodging it.
Naruto dodged 3rd's Raiton no Yoroi Hell stab who had the best Raiton armour using Hermit mode.

Either way he has another way to negate it. Rasenshuriken while Sasuke prep times Kirin.

Lol, no he doesn't. Multiple normal human beings have got struck by lightning and lived. This is still a normal lightning, it's just directed towards something.

OT: No, he can't dodge it. Only people that move faster than a thousandth of a second can dodge it. In other words, FTG, Kamui Intangibility, Rinnegan Shift. Not even current Naruto can dodge it, but he doesn't need to. It's literally like a fly landing on him.
