In short terms: No.

There are people on here that are saying that Naruto could "sense" Kirin, and move accordingly, but you have to be realistic about Naruto's fighting style. While Naruto is somewhat like Albert Einstein (the guy was a genius, yet couldn't tie his shoes, while Naruto is stupid with books but a tactical genius) to elude this technique, he'd have to understand it first. To sense and just think, "Maybe I should run", isn't like Naruto at all. Naruto in Sage Mode is not as fast as Raikage, so there isn't anything telling me that Sasuke's Sharingan can't keep track of him.

However, does he have the means to counter it? It's possible. If he prepared a Rasenshuriken and launched it at Kirin, it may overpower the move since Wind>Lightning. I'm not too sure about natural lightning, but considering both are S-Ranked techniques it's possible that he could simply throw a Rasenshuriken at Kirin upon sensing the danger.

If it hit's Naruto, he's a goner. However, Zetsu implied that at the point that Sasuke awakened the Mangekyo (AFTER using Kirin) and Naruto's fight with Pain that Naruto could take Sasuke. IF and only IF we hold this as true (Zetsu isn't too trustworthy, but I don't see any indicators as to him lying other than conjectures by hardcore Sasuke fans) it is possible that Naruto would survive a fight with Sasuke. Do not forget that Zetsu explained the technique to us readers, AND saw the fight against Pain.

Also, Frog Kumite might make him able to sense danger, but the problem is Kirin has such a large explosion range...

No, jin madara took some seconds to move from sasuke and naruto's location to kakashi's, which would still be in kirin range, plus the fact that kirin lands in less than 1 second

That is just u assuming bro, there was no time-frame mentioned.....also shounen mangas are very inconsistent with the speed......FTL characters say a lot of things while moving, which makes them even slower than the speed of sound.
It is not that hard to believe given that Itachi and Kakashi could react to lightning (given that they are many times slower than curent Naruto/ Sasuke).....and Gai in eighth gate is subrelativistic to relativistic.
There are calcs that put Juubito at mach 4000 at the lower end (it is upto u to accept it or not)......and current Naruto and Sasuke are as fast as Juubito. U_U

However, since Kirin seems to be painfully slow to actually blast off, he can simply move out of the area before that happens, reverse summon to safety, or just attack Sasuke and force him to cancel the attack. No need to actually dodge.

Lel sixth gate Gai is hypersonic + since he creates fire while moving.......seventh gate Gai and Eighth gate Gai are many times faster than that. Eighth gate Gai bent space through sheer speed......Itachi can kakashi could react to Natural lightning......and u say they are still in hypersonic range....BS.

This... Naruto is not dodging Kirin, and you're SERIOUSLY discrediting yourselves if you honestly believe that, the blast radius PLUS the sheer strike speed of the technique itself is MUCH more than Naruto's reaction can possibly handle without actually taking action before he strikes his hand down... Itachi had to activate Susano'o MUCH before Sasuke's Kirin was sent down... Itachi said it himself, had he not activated this beforehand he'd have certainly died.
