Ichimonji is the Shikai release of the Zanpakutou of Darkness owned by Ichibei but I don't think that's its name, it can remove the power of whomever it covers in its ink of darkness, replacing the power and exchanging it with an inferior life form such as an ant. Kyōka Suigetsu is simple really, complete hypnosis, nothing more to elaborate on. Only those three can compete somewhat equally with one another but it's really ABC logic with them in terms of power.

If we're talking raw power, then yes, I'd say Ryujin Jakka is the strongest.

By what we saw, I would say: RJ > Ichimoji > Zangetsu > KS

But, Zangetsu will likely surpass RJ by the end of the series.
