Is Rock Lee skilled at weapon usage?

Want to ask something.

Altough it is not seen in the manga that Lee using or depending on weapons, rather using his unarmed taijutsu attacks, here it his hinted that he has more than average skill in certain area:

The "tool" section that had been highlighted has a relatively high size; like his taijutsu but a little less.

Kabuto is referring to fact that he has only improved taijutsu and the other aspects are not impressive, but for example Asuma's hien is also classified as taijutsu and it includes a tool usage:

Also he blocked Haku's senbon, it is not seen what he use to block senbon it is possibly a kunai like Kakashi used:

Iron rods used as wieghts and can be converted to nunchuks, fighting pole and a chain?

Closest thing to weapons used in manga was his arm bandages or whatever its called and maybe weights

I haven't seen him use weapons, but the stats dont lie. He must be good with nunchucks or tonfas. I see him more using tonfas.

Duh!, he used the batons on the body double Kisame, Samehada broke them before he could do anything with it though. In the anime he has been shown to use nunchucks and a movie he used a staff and chains.
