Is Robert the strongest GoT Character?

Is Robert Baratheon the strongest individual character in Game of Thrones?
I was reading about his character and it stated that in the War while he was ingured and tired he still stomped a fresh Rhaegar Targaryen and won the War.
And Tywin Lanister called him "The Paragon of Strength"

Considering there are magical beings around, I would say not even close. All of the most powerful beings
could stomp him. Especially if you consider dragons characters.

If you meant humans only, with magic restricted (as magic had been gone for years), then maybe in his prime.
Later on, he got fat. But then we have nothing but hype. There is no indication of how he, in his prime, compared
to the great swordsman like Jamie Lannister in his prime or some of the Unsullied or etc. etc. No real way
of telling. Really curious myself though, especially to find out how he compared with Eddard Stark, who was
also very strong, and who even older, was keeping up with Jamie.

I think Robert, in his prime, was the strongest warrior in the series

In the book it was stated that his weapon of choice is mace .Ned Stark admit he couldn´t even raise that mace in air let alone fight with it.

So he was extremely strong.

I don´t see him defeating Oberyn Martell with his spear.

Mountain and maybe Drogo have huge chance if you ask me.

Arthur Dayne was stated to be the strongest sowrdsman in his time. After his death it was probably his pupil Jaime but now that he lost his hand... I guess Jon in the show if we go by feats (definitely not in the books though).
