By feat the only thing RinneSharingan has shown is IT but apart from that nothing else unless Dimension shifting is RinneSharingan ability.

Madara Rinnengan can use Susano a MS jutsu along with the 6 paths jutsu and Limbo
Sasuke Rinnengan can use Genjutsu, MS jutsu along with Susano and 6 paths jutsu, although hasn't shown all the 6 paths

Kaguya RinneSharingan maybe the most powerful eye, but by feat it isn't that impressive.

It is the most powerful eye in what actually matters. It's perception speed should be far superior to anything else to exist. It also has the ability to cast the strongest visual technique, Infinite Tsukuyomi. Besides that, it also grants powerful teleporting abilities (or two unique abilities like the Mangekyou if those change by person). It doesn't offer the greatest destructive strength or versatility but provides simple things that can defeat an opponent with ease.

Infinity Tsukiyomi
Dimensional Shift
The technique to trap everyone with wood

Those techniques are OP. I wonder if Madara would of used the RinneSharingan better than Kaguya.

I don't think sage chakra helps the Byakugan in any essential way. Any user of the eye could see chakra and the body's systems like Kaguya did.
