Is rinnegan overkill for Sasuke?

As much as i like sasuke he wont get it the only reason madara got the rinnegan is because he had senju dna inside him

Rasenshuriken was the only jutsu that it seems to be made only by Naruto. Care to discuss anything more? Sasuke, unlike Naruto. Has created a few jutsus by himself without the help of anyone. The only free power-up he got was the EMS for his ocular powers.

Controlling Kurama's chakra requires training and intense training and concentration... so yes that is his power. And the jutsus are also his power... since they require HIS chakra.. And Pa, Kakashi , Jiraya , Killer B, were all his teacher.. they taught Naruto.. the same way Oro taught Sasuke. So yea
