Is Rinne-Sharingan the ultimate dojutsu?

I am wondering is the Rinne-Sharingan the ultimate Dojutsu? I know it got some OP jutsu like these:
Amenominaka
God: Nativity of a World of Trees
Infinite Tsukuyomi

The Rinnengan can use these jutsu:
Outer Path
Naraka Path
Preta Path
Animal Path
Human Path
Asura Path
Deva Path

Lets not forget that the Rinnengan can use MS jutsu without any problem.

Rinnegan is by mangaphux but that's only because no one knew of Kaguya and RinneSharingan. Imo Kaguya has the stronger eye but Rinnegan is the better doujutsu overall.

RinneSharingan requires a lot chakra to use technique (such as IT , Kaguya's ST) but it's jutsus are too strong .
Rinnegan doesn't require that much chakra , but obviously it's jutsus are weaker and easier to handle .

Madara shown us that he can use Susuano with no eyes and 1 Rinnengan, while Sasuke shown he can use MS jutsu like Susano, Amaterasu and Enton.

Madara never shown other MS abilities apart from Susano even when he had MS and EMS, so his other MS are a mystery which we will never know.

Uhm...Obito would beg to differ. He told Sakura that having one Rinnegan almost drove him mad with the amount of power it possessed. That's why he was so afraid of Madara having both. Though yes, I agree Rinnsharingan is stronger as it is of the progenator itself (Juubi/Tree)

But by no means is even a single Rinnegan weak. Limbo clones for instance; Madara used them to bring down all 9 bijuu simultaneously with just one Rinnegan eye. That's pretty OP.

Since when was God:Nativity of a World of trees a doujutsu technique?

Seems more like a Senjutsu technique used in conjunction with Infinite Tsukuyomi(Doujutsu).

Basically two halves of the same coin like Uchiha and Senju

Rinnesharringan doesnt "allow" the use of World of Trees. It allows IT. Being Juubi Jin(Shinju ansorbed) allows Nativity World of Trees

The RinneSharingan offers Amenominaka and Yomotsu Hirasaka, assuming it doesn't change for every user like the Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan, so it's lacking in variety, but they are rather useful. I'd say the Rinnegan is better in general as long as the RinneSharingan doesn't have the Six Paths Techniques.
