Is rikudou sennin overrated??

I mean if u think about it naruto and sasuke defeated the ten tails and if naruto and sasuke can defeate the ten tail beast with out any injuries why not hashimara, madara,nagato, the list goes on. And now that the ten tail beast has a conscious the person who defeats him will have to be the strongest person on naruto history because rikudou sennin never defeated a ten tail beast with a conscious.
