The MangaPanda translation implies that Naruto won't let Sasuke kill him. The *********** version says that Naruto is not willing to kill Sasuke. Given that *********** has been shown time and time again to have much more accurate translations, and the translation is much more similar to the raw, we can come to the conclusion that the *********** version is more reliable in this instance.
