is reizei ‎​a clan from kumogakure?

I'm badly confused!. I'm writing ‎​a bio so I'm doing my research as to not break any rules...there's ‎​a clan I stumbled upon which is the reizei but I'm not sure I'm still browsing but there no help so common fellow naruto fans help ‎​a nigga out!

well during my so called research to write the f****ing bio I browsed and saw it as one of the clans of kumogakure I was very happy cause it was like 4 and 3rd raikage were from the...please tell me clans from kumogakure
