[Discussion] Is Red Haired Shanks the most powerful man in the world right now?

Is Red Haired Shanks the most powerful man in the one Piece world right now? I mean he is a yonkou We don't know much about his abillities other than swordsmanship and Conqueror's Haki, but one thing is for sure, peple seem to fear him, well I wouldn,t say fear, except maybe in Teach's case, but more like respect his power, and avoid conflict with him. When he showed up to Marineford he shut the whole thing down, Sengoku stopped fighting, Akainu stopped in his tracks, Mihawk left for the specific purpose of not fighting him as he is on another level, and Teach pretty much pussied out of fighting him and he had two devil fruit powers. Garp and Sengoku aren't in their primes. So all of the navy bigshots except Fujitora were there and they all refused to fight him. I'm sure Kaido and Big Mom would scrap with him in a 1v1.

But wit hthaty being said could he be called the toughest guy out there?

Don't know about most powerful in the world but hes implied to be a formidable fighter and for all we know he only has a single ship and that crew we see him with. He doesn't have a devil fruit either so there's definitely a mystery as to why other pirates like to avoid fighting he and his crew directly. He was the apprentice of the former Pirate King (Gol D Rodger) and inherited his trademark hat so Gol D saw something in him the same way he saw something in Luffy when he passed it down to him.

As far as abilities all we know for sure is that he's at least on par with Mihawk as a swordsman. That's about it.

Yeah, but at the same time the navy admirals fleet admiral and even a bloodlusted akainu called it quits when he showed up, hell the world government even avoids him. So i'd say he has more tricks up his sleeve some even imply that he is slightly ahead of mihawk in their rivalry.

Thats what im saying, I'm only implying that I think that the only pirates who would have the balls to fight him would be big mom or kaido, but then again, big mom is kinda b i t c h made. So maybe not

Nope. You don't know what happened there, and there's no way two people of equal strength like Kaido and Shanks(if they are) would have a fight that would end in less than a day with one party having not even a single scratch.
