to be honest even if he had other wind jutsus or another affinity it won't help him against people like madara,sasuke and obito,mid range
attacks can be spotted easily with sharingan,they also can e stopped by susanoo and kamui with no problems,so his only solution is a close combat attacks combined with speed that cannot be followed,well lately kishi kinda trolled naruto's speed

If he had more techniques this early he would be too over powered, and it would be too unrealistic compared to other shinobis.

That Naruto has the 9 tailed chakra, and not using it would be a huge waste. That is why he started off by learning how to use it, before he was taught techniques..

Besides Naruto also has tons of summoning jutsu, and he has sage techniques, so you can't really say he hasn't got more than rasengan. Also many kinds of rasengan, huge, double, rasenshurinken, etc.. And it works great with his clones....

Instead of having 200 techniques Naruto has a few, but he masters all to an extent above anybody else that could use it..
