Is Madara so fast compared to Ay that Madara perceives Ay to be completely frozen, not moving at all.

Because Madara is pretty damn fast.

I'm talking about the new Juubi Jin Madara. The one that has the Shinju within him. Not Edo Madara.

I'm asking is Madara so fast that the Raikage appears to be standing still next to Madara, even when Ay is V2 speed.

That needs to be pondered but it's true that Sasuke hasn't shown any direct speed feats, all that is indirect perception of matter...
I'd need more manga pages to concur that Sasuke is faster than Ay...

Also, it was Naruto who got Sage's physical abilities, not Sasuke...

You do know that a Juubi Jin moves at at least this speed on a very regular basis

The fact that Madara can even perceive Sasuke move is a direct feat.

You just have to extrapolate a little bit.

It's kinda like in DBZ where they don't really show SS3 move faster than SS1 but thats for viewership purposes. People still need to be able to read the manga or watch the anime without things constantly look like a blur. I thought this was understood within the manga/anime community.

Where exactly? I don't think Sasuke's slower than Ay. But where exactly did it show Ay being frozen in front of Madara? Because I don't remember that.

It's called extrapolation.

An infinitely weaker KCM Naruto was able to dodge Ay's max speed so casually.

But the much faster BSM Naruto couldn't even keep up with Juubito's speed, in the slightest bit.

After absorbing the tree, Madara is even faster than he was when he fought Gai.

So tell me again the Raikage matters. Even a much slower KCM Naruto was able to bybass him and now Naruto is over 1000 times better in every category than he was as KCM.

Obito, Madara and Naruto are the one who have the physical abilities of the Sage...
Former two having it being Juubi Jins but Naruto getting it directly from the source...
They all have the same Sage markings on the back...

Sasuke don't have any of it... He only wields the Dojutsu of the Sage not any physical traits...
It's only logical that Sasuke shouldn't have that super speed because speed falls under physical abilities category...

Then Sasuke must be slowing down time or something, because he is much faster than before.
