Apparently it's really good.

I've wanted to watch it for a while now but I haven't gotten to it yet.
It has a good rating and good reviews on myanimelist.

It actually scored rather high for an anime on this website, most anime score between a 6 and 7.8 and there's always those rare 1-3 anime that score an 8+.

Psycho-Pass scored an 8.57, that's pretty tremendous.

Yes. Watch the new edit. It has more Makishima (always a good thing) and seems slightly less pretentious. You won't like pp if you hate literary references and philosophical discussions

It is , definitely on my top 5 animes of all time .

I have Hulu and they are showing the new edit there , it should tell you so if it doesn't say anything , it's probably not on Nettflix . Watch the original , the new edit is just to get the fans ready for the second season .
