Prime Kakashi would mean DMS Kakashi, and he would be the single most powerful character in all of the series. He's literally on a whole league than anyone else. Only reason he would lose to Jubi hosts simply because of their immortality, otherwise he would shit on all of them whether be Kaguya to Madara.

I can only comfortably make a top 5 list. Even just a top list is too complicated for me. The Naruto series isn’t the Dragon Ball series where really only raw power matters.

When ranking characters of Naruto, you gotta take into account so many factors. How tactical the shinobi is probably being the most important one.

For example, Nagato possessed extraordinary raw power and chakra, but I’d probably place Itachi and even orange mask Tobi above him because they’re intelligent fighters and Nagato wasn’t really.

What do you mean? Nagato was somewhat of a tactical fighter. Both in his fight against Jaraiya and especially shown during his invasion of Konoha. He wasn't just some powerhouse.

If you're referring to Edo Nagato. He was on autopilot before being controlled manually by Kabuto.
