We are currently seeing Luffy and Law vs Doflamingo and usually we see Zoro's fight end before Luffy's fight.

If anything more will happen it will just be something in the form of Zoro solo 1 panel Pica again with a single sweep of his sword.
The reason Oda said previously that Pica was not in Zoro's league to begin with was that he did not have to bother with this fight anymore besides maybe 1 or 2 panels of Zoro rape. The focus will be on Luffy, Law and Kyros.

The way Oda portrayed that fight implies it won't be developped that much. I don't want this fight to be over though. It's becoming boring for me to see Zoro one shoting his opponents, so i hope Pica could at least push him enough for us to see the result of his training. I know Oda probably wants to show more from him in wano and for this reason doesn't develop his fights more yet, but still the wait will be hard judging by how slow the One Piece pacing actually is. At least when Zoro gets a fight, just focus on it. Or if he really have to one shot Pica, i hope he backs up Luffy directly after in the fight against Doflamingo and tell him to stop dicking around and finally fight seriously

may be oda want to change the routine , but it`s not only zoro vs pica , franky vs pink , robin and barto`s fight
there are many fights so most likely current luffy and law vs dd is just an intro after dd`s flash back (which will be long cause oda will connect law`s flas back to it imo) oda will shift to the other fights processing them before the main fight

Didnt pica said if he go all out he could beat fujitora? I mean hes one of dofis greatest officer i dont think weve seen him get really serious.

Yeah, except just because Oda writes a character saying something, that doesn't make it true. Otherwise, Bellamy was Oda's way of saying Skypeia doesn't exist, Buggy is the future Pirate King and Whitebeard was his great rival, and Enel created the One Piece world and is the strongest character in the series.
The entire Donquixote family has been underestimating the Strawhats IMO. Pica simply thought he could get around Zoro by relying on his movement through stone, and underestimated Zoro. Not to mention Zoro took advantage of Pica aiming for Bartolomeo and Robin when he sliced him, so it's not like it's impossible he could have dodged that attack.
Zoro has always been confident in his abilities. He went from "I'm gonna beat you easily" to "*coughs up blood and lays on the ground near death*" against Daz Bones. Saying "You're not on my level" is typical of Zoro, and does not mean this fight is gonna be a cakewalk for him. Yeah, Zoro will win, but I'm still accepting the possibility that Pica took him too lightly and can simply up the ante to give him a good fight.
