The amount of chakra someone has isn't equal to their destructive force. He ddid mean that Perfect Susanoo is equal to Bijuu.

Maybe it's likely actually but at the same time not so likely due to the explosive nature of a TBB.

He could battle a tailed beast with PS and last that's for sure, but I don't think you can kill tailed beast anyway, probably just seal their chakra away, which does not last forever, anyway I'm getting off topic.

If his sword swipe takes out two mountain tips, then Magatama would destroy multiple, so yeah maybe.
