Sasuke susanoo is better than Itachi's.

Sure now that sasuke has ems it is, but at the time he fought kakashi i doubt it, dont forget itachi had spirit weapons and the ability to make 4 arms

but what i was refering to in my earlier post was the change from the fast susanoo with the bow and arrow to the armored susanoo

Perfect Susanoo is a EMS technique,you dont need the Rinnegan for it..that would be absurd.


Full sized Kyubi is the same well roughly around the same size as perfect susanoo.

Madara used his Susanoo (Perfect) as armour for the 9 tails..

Perfect Susanoo=EMS Technique,you do NOT require the Rinnegan for it.

Itachi=Tsukuyomi
Sasuke=Amersterasu
Madara=Susanoo

They are all good in there special capability's.
