[Predictions] Is pein Dead? Is Tobi/Madra a Good Man

Well i am Still not getting Is really pein Died
Becuase No one has Stated the pein is Dead only Zetsu has stated it to Tobi. I have read the manga 3 to 4 time's where i can see the statement that pein is dead but i didn't find anything.so i have strong feeling that he may be alive but not sure what kishi's surprises will be.

No one can live upto so many years Madara attained EMS. is his Body is spiritual? i never seen him in fighting, just he escapes from every attack, if he is that much powerful he can alone take down konoha and all villages at a time because he is untouchable so he can kill them all in an instant, but he has taken help from pein and others so there must be something secret about tobi/madara. he said that reinne tensei is meant for his use that means he want to recover from something.

Now coming to latest chapter he is so cool and calm rather than a Badass when he told story about itachi to sasuke i don't know whether it is true or not but he was damn cool and his words break through sasuke's heart. Now its Naruto he is saying that he is senju and 1'st hokage spirit lies in Him and he admires him the most and also hates him most.in the whole manga i haven't seen either Madara/Tobi as Badsss killing someone just we heard rumors that he has taken down his brother eyes, but we don't know the actual truth. HE has chance to kill every uchiha after attaining EMS but he has not killed until itachi asked.

What do you say guys do you have same doubts can please clarify me.

pein is dead forsure because he used his last chakra to revive all those people and it says "Nagato's last moments"

pein's dead, he used his last chakra and died of exhaustion.
i'm not able to say wheather madara is good or evil, and i can just assume what his real aims are.
he obviously isnt interested in the destruction of the leaf, otherwise he would've protected pain, neither is he really interested in the tailed beasts, otherwise he would've took naruto earlier.
the only thing i can say is that he wanted revenge from the uchihas, otherwise he wouldnt have attacked with the fox and than disappeared.
he probably wants the circle of hatred to continue, otherwise he wouldnt tell naruto that his battle with sasuke is destiny, and wouldnt have told sasuke that konoha has participated in the uchiha-massacre.

Pain is dead as dead can be. Maybe someone gets the Rinnegan and helps Naruto in the final battle and Naruto recognizes a part of Nagato within that user but that's some crazy fanfic for ya. Madara is just an excellent manipulator.
He doesn't want to get his hands dirty and he has that calm, persuasive manner. Whatever his deal is, I just hope it's a entertaining and original reason.

Afterall pein is also jiraya pupil and known to be destined child as naruto who can bring peace to the world, so i am saying there is possibilty that kishi may bring pein alive.
