[Discussion] Is Orochimaru in tight with the Elders

Danzou knew all of Orochimaru's bad dealings while in the leaf, and was still affiliated with Orochimaru even after Orochimaru was exiled. Seeing how Danzou is tight with the Village elders, does Orochimaru have close ties with them as well?:snick:

I am pretty sure Danzo used KA on the Elders.

He probably was though not so much anymore. Don't forget Danzo sent Sai to spy on Sasuke and Oro near the middle of pt 2. Chances are Danzo and the elders felt like they could no longer trust him and they needed him dead.
