Is orochimaru have a same goal as part 1 of naruto??????

I know there is a big different in part 1 and part 2 of naruto but orochimaru didn't changed a lot between part 1 and part 2 up until the war arc

I want him to take over sasuke body at the end of the war arc when sasuke is weak and I think that would make for a better part 3 and orochimaru would make a better bad guy then anyone else

just take over sasuke body orochimaru
