Is Orochimaru completely immune to any poison ?

He knew about Hanzo through Danzo, so I'm sure he had anti toxins for Hanzo poison an Sassori's poison probably was countered by Kabuto who was spying on akatsuki so Oro probably wouldn't be effected by his either..

Side note..
He has a zetsu spore body now so Naruto could take him with a simple Rasengan.. Remember zetsu bodies turn to mini stumps once hit by Rasengan as proven through the war..:hmm:

Well, current Zetsu Orochimaru doesn't even have bloodstream, so poison does nothing.

But if you are talking about pre Hashi DNA body, then he definitely developed a certain resistance to poison (immunity to some), but since it wasn't stated he was immune to ALL types of poison, I guess we can't just be 100% sure. On the other hand, we saw that he can completely get rid of all insides, organs and bloodstream at will (probably by sending them all to his personal dimension), so if he goes for that, poisons will also be useless.

Whenever oro takes over a body...the host body is improved physically thanks to oro's white snake cells and his regeneration powers...you cannot apply to what happened to that zetsu spore and then apply it to oro...

This and the fact that Dazou fought Hanzou once and was a former Akatsuki member that had Kabuto as a double spy for Sasori means he likely knew counter agents for their poison as well

note Sakura made an antidote with Chiyo against Sasori's poison prior to making that poison Kunai for Sasuke
