Is Oro the most dangerous villian?

Oro has been defeated a couple of times but he has never been killed. He lost to Itachi by genjutsu, sasuke absorbed him and he was also in a weaken state, and he was sealed by Itachi. No one is the series has yet to over power him in combat and i really dont think we seen him you all his power yet. That's just my opinion.....what do you guys think?

If Orochimaru was truly the villain I think Sasuke would be the one to finish him off.

Right now yeah. He holds "the key" to the war in a way. With exception to Hashi (forgive me if I'm wrong), he could just take out the other three Hokage? But Hashi wouldn't let him... hmm... Tobi is a good boy...


The Hokage play a huge role in this war ATM too...
