Is Onoki Physically Stronger than Raikage, Tsunade and Naruto?

I may be wrong but Onoki has been seen applying his strength in far greater ways than Raikage, Tsunade and Naruto. He was able to carry the turtle island to the base with i think one hand. He was able to stop Madara's meteorite with Garra's help.

These are incredible feats i don't think i can see Raikage and Naruto doing. We know Tsunade has crazy raw strength but can she do these things Onoki does. We have seen all these characters display incredible strength in their own way. In the end, these all have raw physical strength but can they match Onoki?

What are your opinions?

He did those things by decreasing the weight of these objects with that Doton Jutsu (Don't remember it's name) He's def not stronger than these people (physically speaking)

He only used his technique to lighten those objects, he is not physically stronger than them.

The technique was called Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu or on english Earth Release: Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique.

This is why he is able to fly, make the raikage even faster by making the raikage even lighter, he could appear to have super strength, but all he did was make his fist incredibly heavy!

Sounding like a broken record here..

But yes, Onoki uses Doton: Kajūgan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique) and Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique) to increase or decrease the weight of himself or whatever he is touching. He is able to fly by literally making himself lighter than air, and able to make his punches stronger by making his fists much heavier.

That's his jutsu, he can control the weight of objects as well as his own self....

He Decreases or Increases the Weight of Objects.
He does not Have Strength Even Comparable to Tsunade, The Raikage nor Naruto.
