@bold: Yeah, totally agree. That's the final conclusion we could come up with anyway nowadays. One Piece is like a Howl's moving castle, casually passing by. If its weird design catches your eyes, then you'll definitely get caught, and learn new things. If it doesn't, then probably you'd never get anything; how it works, what's in it, which way it's going, where's its destination, who operates it, why it has been created, why it's moving etc.

That'd be stupid. Honestly mid baratie to skypiea is pure gold. If he's not hooked by then then it's probably for not him.

If you're not enjoying OP by episode 159, I recommend you drop it. Don't end up getting caught up for the sake of doing it, do it because you want to (which is clearly not the case). OP isn't for everyone.

Is it really good ? I'm currently at episode 159 ( Skypiea Arc ), But I'm not really enjoying it :/

Most can relate, Skypiea arc is pretty damn boring. But afterwards comes the Water 7 arc, regarded as one of the best in One Piece. So it doesn't just get better, it skyrockets to sheer awesomeness.

Skypiea isn't really the best One Piece arc but it gets really better afterwards. I too was questioning whether I should continue or not when I was at that arc but it was really worth it to continue.

No offense to one piece, but why does nearly every fan tell me "just wait you'll like it"? It's like, it's not good, you just got used to it and developed an attachment to the series. Not saying OP is bad, I haven't seen a lot of it.

People say that because a lot of people like to judge a series really early on. It's not that fair to judge One Piece as a whole when you only watched like 5 or 7 episodes. IMO, if you don't enjoy One Piece by the end of the arlong arc then just drop it. Ofc OP gets better after the arlong park arc but are you really going to risk that time & effort to get caught up and hating it? I've seen it happen before.
