Is one Piece really a great Manga or Anime as people claim to be?

I don't care for it... I don't like the style or animation of the anime or manga... the plot seems better and the character development seems superior to Naruto's but still the style is awful

Yes it is an awesome anime most people say "the drawing suxks" or "its just boring" really its funnier then naruto and has less fillers

Before flames me or insulting or saying think like you never watched or read the Manga it.. i want to say i read it and watch the series until episode 110 so with that said i want to know your opinion on One Piece.

Yes, I used to be a former One piece hater, but then I actually read it, properly. Read the manga first, that way you can breeze through it quicker. o_o

There's a reason why One Piece is the best sold manga ever, you don't have to think it's better than Naruto or anything, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but you can't possibly say a manga which has gone on for over 600(nearly 700) chapters and still is on top in sales, dwarving the sales of any other manga series sucks when you haven't read more than 200 chapters.
