Usually it is seen that its FT that is copying OP at multiple occasions, not vice versa. And i think the FT pic is much more recent than the OP one.

Obviously not. As people mentioned above Oda drew and published that picture earlier that the FT drawing was out. Also keep in mind OP started much earlier than FT so it's a little hard for Oda, who has the same style for years to randomly copy another mangaka.
As for those pictures, the original idea belongs to Jonathan Swift and it's found in his book

Even though the TF resembles more Snow White.
In both cases, I believe the drawings of those two are inspired by other classic novels/stories.

Born in 1977, Mashima has already crammed several careers of comics creation into a short period: 35 volumes of his first blockbuster, Rave Master, the new sensation Fairy Tail, simultaneous with a new series for Kodansha’s Shonen Rival , Monster Hunter.

As it turns out, there’s a much simpler explanation for the resemblance, and it’s one of the biggest forces in manga ever: Akira Toriyama. Eiichiro Oda and Hiro Mashima are both members of a generation who grew up obsessed with Toriyama and all things Dragon Ball , and whose styles were forged by Toriyama worship.
