I think Cee was just absolutely humiliated in the fight against Taka. Didn't help out his partners at all and was about as useful as Karin was to Taka. The fight was a 3on2 against A and Darui.

Its funny that a chuunin like Omoi is the 4th strongest ninja in Cloud when he'd be like the 45th strongest ninja in Konoha, lolz.

Yes, in fact just this war he directly challenged Sasori and Deidara and used his swordsmanship to save at least two of is comrades being used as puppets, and gained swordsman praise from Sasori, as well as difuse Deidara's suicide bombing. He's done plenty for an average shinobi...
