is Obito's right half physically stronger then it was before the war?

After having his right half reconstructed by Uchiha, Madara I've been wondering if that side of his body has gotten stronger physically. During the time he fought Minato, Minato had used Rasengan and damaged Obito while leaving his arm oozing a white substance. Here is a link to when this happened:

Another time would be when he fought Danzo's two right hand subordinates. After having his arm infected he quickly snapped his arm with ease and kicked it towards his opponent. I can understand his arm being weak, but I still question. Here are the links to when this happened:

Now, this leaves me to my question. In the link below, how is it that he's able to physically take attacks better then before? Also is his right half physically stronger then before? I believe that it is physically stronger because he needs his body to be on point if he's going to fight in the war. I know this question should have been asked a while ago, but i'm curious as to why? Here are the links to when this happened:

I think it depends on Chakra level or so
Like when Danzo was loosing a tree sprouted from his arm?

But i guess he got better with controlling that arm because he had to use Spiral Zetsuto save Rin Remember
