well, Itachi was 17-18 in the first part and he had left Konoha for almost five years when he was 12-13. he had the ms at the time, we don't know precisely when all the problems in the Uchiha clan began and how long they lasted, meaning exactly when Itachi got the ms.

Obito was 13 at the time of the mission, so was Kakashi. it's hard to tell how long Obito was in Madara's cave but given that he had to learn using the zetsu side and how long his hair grew (assuming that the zetsu side didn't accelerate his growth).... i'd say he was there for a year or so.

so, it is still Itachi most likely by a year.
