LoL,I think this is what is going to happen.... Obito is revived, takes over Black Zetsu and escapes into other space with his jitsu.
Naruto dies. There is nothing left to do so Kakashi, the 4th Sakura and Garra escape via FTG.
Madara is pissed but starts the Inf. Genjitsu.
Obito finds the Deominic Statue Hand and absorbs it. He then warps to Kakashi, the 4th, Garra, and Sakura are and brings them into the space. Then picks up Oro, Jungo, Karin, Sungetsu, Sasuke, and mystery man... (Kabuto) and brings them into the space. Where they make a counter attack plan.
Naruto and Sasuke are the only one able to survive the Mass Genjitsu since Sasuke has the Tsukuyomi he can manipulate the genjitsu and Naruto will not be affect by it because of the 9 tails.
So Obito gives Sasuke the Harishima cells and Black Zetsu to augment his Physical Prowess and he revives Naruto via the outer Path... then dies.
the fourth places the yin 9 tails into Naruto and seals it.
Naruto summons the 2 sage frogs Ma and Pa and they "fuse" to naruto
Naruto transforms into the full release Nine tails Mode and "absorbs" the 10 others kinda like he did with the Kahona 9

So you would have
Naruto (Ma/Pa gathering Natural Chakara)
Sasuke (physically Augmented) to augment and cancel out mass genjitsu and to Burn down and Wood release
Oro, Sakura, Kabuto to Heal
Kakashi and the Edo 4th Kage to phase through attacks and to Warp via FTG
Jungo to release his Curse Mark to enhance power of attacks or Defense
Karin to "chain up" the 9 tails so can not be stolen again and a sensor
Garra (and sasuke) to provide the defense and pull out 1 tails
Sungetsu to provide a type advantage to Madara's Water release


The Goal is to pull out 2 tail beast Chakara so you have a mini 10 tails Naruto.
