Shunshin is ninjutsu whish is most likely what he used, he also used some sort of jutsu in his hands (hence the circular marks).

He used ninjutsu most likely, but we need to see him go up against minato before we can be absolutely sure

Well then Shunshin can solo, like, every shinobi...

Also I think those are just his fists.

well two of their clones

I wasn't aware clones make the same effect as Edo Tensei.

Hashirama may have been a clone, but Tobirama sure as hell wasn't.

Too early to come to that conclusion, he isn't the fastest.

Of course. Just imagine how incredibly dense Obito's chakra are with such an enormous beast compacted inside of him. It goes against logic to think that a man can contain all of that power. Well, it is a manga, and Kishi is the author, so anything goes.
It's like the Hulk's strength being forced into the body of an ant. Like WTF?

the only way for juubito to surpass minato in speed, would be by using a faster s/t jutsu than ftg, and that isn't possible.
ftg = instant teleportation.

minato > juubito, speed wise.

If he can blitz minato before he even has a chance th throw his kunai then yes he is faster regardless of s/t.

The problem is that the Flying Thunder God Technique is instant. You can either be on par with it, or below it.

Obito is probably more versatile due to him not requiring seals to reach such speed, but in terms of the actual speed, FTG is the absolute limit.

If he can blitz minato before he even has a chance th throw his kunai then yes he is faster regardless of s/t.

That's nice and all, but that doesn't change the fact that FTG is instant. Of course, Obito is most likely better at utilizing that speed. But in terms of the speed itself, you cannot really go beyond FTG.

What I was trying to say is that the Juubi was already swift weighing a billion of tons. Now, its power is all in a man weighing around 180 lbs (more or less).
Juubito must be extremely light on his feet. But yeah, if we're including space-time techniques, then Minato is the fastest.

did you forget? juubito is perma marked.
minato can therefore dodge any of his attacks with ftg.

Then that means in terms of using his speed in a practical battle obito wins, & if that's the case then he is faster.

This isnt a foot race, I know that obito isnt faster than ftg but we are comparing minato's speed to obito's in a battle. If obito can move first & stop minato from doing anything then yes he is absolutely faster than him.

& what if obito can move faster than minato can activate the seal? That's why i'm saying we need to see them go against eachother.

Besides that parma mark means nothing, all it does is tele minato in front of obito...not a smart move.

Nothing or no one is faster than FTG. so with that said no.... until he learns to get places instantly than he is not the fastest

i very much doubt that.
minatos god reflexes secure him that spot.

in front of obito? wrong. minato decides where he wants to appear after using ftg.

proof:

here minato is in front of obito.

now he is above him.

same with the minato vs ay and bee fight.
he appeared behind bee, or when he stomped that one fodder during kakashi gaiden.

We all know Minato has tagged/marked quite a lot of things, FTG kunais still exist everywhere, and with our current knowledge of the seals never disappearing, it's still highly debatable.

Yes, exactly. I agree. We'd have to see them go against each other. Because me saying ''Minato can just teleport to any of his seals to dodge'' is just as good of an argument as ''What if Obito can move faster than Minato can activate the seal''. We simply do not know that (yet).

But that also means we really cannot say he's the fastest character yet.
