Is Obito possessed?

I am perfectly fine with Tobi being Obito, I really don't mind it, though there are a few plotholes. Kishi said in an interview that Madara knows Tobi. I don't think Madara was alive when Obito was born.
I mean, Madara died when Nagato was a kid, since Nagato's rinnegan is Madara's and Obito wasn't alive when Nagato was a kid(I may be wrong, but I think he wasn't). Maybe he is possessed by Izuna or someone else? I repeat, I don't mind if he's Obito, but this seems wierd. He could be Obito all he wants, idc.

You can't say plotholes when the series isn't even done yet.

I remember a post from someone saying that when Tobi fought Minato, he seemed to be surprised by his FTG technique and speed. Obito would know about this. It's possible he's being manipulated.
