Yes but they are still other dimensions nonetheless, ones that Kamui was not really built for, that's why it takes more chakra, Kamui was only for the Kamui dimension at first. He is basically expanding Kamui's original boundaries, so that he can take something that was originally a Sharinnegan tech, and turn it into a MS tech. Double Kamui is going to be just that haxxed

His Kamui dimension is tailored specifically to his chakra and eye, almost as if a part of him, tailored to his chakra, the other dimensions are not, he needs to pour his chakra into another plain to get their, which probably explains why it will exhaust him.

I mean even obito himself has the chakra to fight Bm Naruto/Kakashi and Gai, While using a rinnegan that wasn't him, While controlling multiple bijuu with genjutsu alone, While spamming MS without even showing signs of getting low on chakra. Yet all this + 50% of current naruto's chakra aint enough XD

Going with plot. Using kamui to another dimension other than Obito's own must cost at least three times the amount of chakra, since Obito was capable of spamming kamui before thanks to Hashi dna or some odd reason. Although the clone could have less chakra than people are giveng it credit. Most clones don't last after 1-4 attacks.

So far he used: yoton frs, sealing rasengan, 6 clones, 7 giant frs tbbs, chakra arms and blows,
Restored kakashi eye, brought obito back, floating sure uses chakra too. So this particular clone is like 5% of naruto chakra.

Sakura has been said to be low on chakra since naruto was dead ffs.

So if lawd Obito says there isnt enough chakra you just deal with it!
